Recently have been viewing flats... Have seen 9 flats in total and i couldnt forget blk 919 at Hougang st 92.. 13th floor with furnishing tt i kind of like.. windy, near amenities.. the feel when i step in is just right. =)
I kind of decided against changing to WRX le. Cos the road tax is probably going to kill me. $900/ 6 mths. I am only paying about $500/ 6 mths now. Installment wise its still ok. But hais. Dunno lar. I bought myself quite a bit of stuffs last week. Heh.
bought a Guess bag for myself & a Replica J's racing GT wing last week. =P
My car will kind of look like the pics below very soon! CHio nehz? My front bumper is already like tt.. So once i install the GT wing.. Wah.. *droolz*
My Dad is prob going to kill me when he sees the GT Wing on my ride. Haha.

Hello, sorry for going MIA for only 1 week. lols.
yeap yeap, i wasnt that busy and wasnt that free either.
busy due to work, recently the market is picking up a little & i've got lots of quotations undone yet.
also, my customer, yokogawa has hit the first thousand in sales. in fact, their PO was 2k plus. boss happy, i happy. lol. more to go ~
next, i am busy also with sourcing for suppliers for my part time job. hehe. yeap, filtered out and chose 2. response still pretty good from car clubs. hope this works and we can have our workshop with richmond pretty soon ! =P
busy with sourcing for our new house. saw quite a few and also filtered out some areas. bun's house currently got 2 buyers keen, though the furnishing is so old. perhaps its due to the area & the lift upgrading. hope we can confirm the sales soon, so that we can buy new house soon. if there's no resale flat that we are keen in, prob we will get those ballot ones.
busy with cheong-ing dvds. haha ! bought quite a few HK dramas to watch and weekends was spent hugging my lu lu girl & watching dvd. =P
damn du lanz recently cos the 4D kept opening 0331 lar, 1318 lar and all that kind of crap. gotta change my car plate liao, since this carplate is not so lucky. lol.
anyway, yes, my bumper cracked for the 2nd time ! ARGH ! it broke into 2 pieces & its in hospital now, going thru a major heart transplant operation by Ah Ng. Hope to get my bumper back by this week. So i got to go Alvin's place to make a carplate first. Zzzz.
hope my part time biz can make it ! wish me luck man ~ =D

anyways, kai kai is gonna be back home on 2nd Oct ! less than a month from now ! yippie ~ =)
i've got some good news for you guys.
firstly, we can sell of this Hougang flat in Nov this year ! YEAH ! And we can move move move to a newer house with aircons, a master bedroom with toilet & of course newer renovations !
but then again, we are looking at flats near Hougang Mall, so we are still Hougang-ians ! lols ~
secondly, its more or less firm that i will be getting a Subaru WRX 2.5(5-speed Manual) early next year ~ So its gonna be a new flat, new car & hopefully a new member next year ! hehe ~~
I will be going for a test drive at Ubi this Sat with my Mum's SE from Subaru. By right, I cannot test drive as for sports car, you will need a minimum of 50% NCD to test drive. But who cares? I am a safety driver lar of cos ! woohoo~ psssttt psssttt !

recently, work seems to be better for me. its almost 2 yrs with Decal with a blink of eye. but nevertheless, i will not give up looking for F&B job which is of my interest. or maybe, i will start a small business that i am most interested in ! that is Dogs or Cars ! i shall look around for good suppliers & hopefully, in 2 years time, i can have my small shop... hehe.. =)

I had a nice loooonnngggg weekeeennnddd ~~ lols.
As mentioned, i was on leave on friday. supposed to go to Comex but then, we were simply too lazy, furthermore, alvin told me that the there's no parking lot at all at Suntec !
so, i brought xiao huai dan to the vet on friday morning for his operation. i hate the feeling of bringing my precious doggies out and returning home empty handed. it just reminded me of the day baby boy left me...
anyway, went back home to slp while waiting for bun to come home. reached home & off to CAD at ubi. its a workshop that specially deals with Suzuki Swift Sports stuffs. bun got poisoned deeply @ CAD. bought his GT wing for his ride that cost $350. *faints*
after which, headed to DFM and tint his side indicator.
lastly went to fetch xiao huai dan back. such a poor thing when i saw him... awwww.. it must have been painful ! =( but all for the sake of his future health, no choice.
polished my car like siao till about 2am.
went to richmond's dad chalet at aloha loyang on sat night. every year without fail we'll be there and we'll bring along a bottle of wine for his dad. lol. as usual, played mahjong with rich's mum & bren's dad. heard from bren that they only wan to play mahjong with us. lol. anyway, when we reached, the mum & dad ran to us and say, play mahjong leh ! LOL.
Sunday was spent sleeping at home. zzz.
sometimes i think i am a pig lar. i really can sleeeepppppp...
