anyways, kai kai is gonna be back home on 2nd Oct ! less than a month from now ! yippie ~ =)

i've got some good news for you guys.

firstly, we can sell of this Hougang flat in Nov this year ! YEAH ! And we can move move move to a newer house with aircons, a master bedroom with toilet & of course newer renovations !

but then again, we are looking at flats near Hougang Mall, so we are still Hougang-ians ! lols ~

secondly, its more or less firm that i will be getting a Subaru WRX 2.5(5-speed Manual) early next year ~ So its gonna be a new flat, new car & hopefully a new member next year ! hehe ~~
I will be going for a test drive at Ubi this Sat with my Mum's SE from Subaru. By right, I cannot test drive as for sports car, you will need a minimum of 50% NCD to test drive. But who cares? I am a safety driver lar of cos ! woohoo~ psssttt psssttt !

recently, work seems to be better for me. its almost 2 yrs with Decal with a blink of eye. but nevertheless, i will not give up looking for F&B job which is of my interest. or maybe, i will start a small business that i am most interested in ! that is Dogs or Cars ! i shall look around for good suppliers & hopefully, in 2 years time, i can have my small shop... hehe.. =)
