Very often, we read/ hear the news reporting on fallen trees. And yes, the fallen trees can be very destructive !

Due to the nature of my job, I am constantly travelling around but I only get to witness the aftermath of fallen trees until yesterday evening...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you peeps can see from the first picture. The cars stopped at the traffic light.

And from the 2nd picture, just as we moved off, the first tree just fell out of sudden onto the VIOS ! Prob in just 1 second !

The VIOS was left with no time to react as on our left there are alot of cars. Lucky me, I still have time to react and all I could do is JAM BRAKE !

The tree hit the roof of the vios but the vios did not stop to see the damages, instead, he just drove on. My car was still stationary bcos after the tree fell, the tree was swinging to & luckily, not forth. *Phew, wipes off my sweat* Apparently, there was an object on the floor that blocked the tree from hitting my car !

Sibei lucky la.

This is the first time it happened to me. Damn, I was one hella lucky fella. FYI, although our cars are covered with damn fucking expensive insurance, but this is an ACT OF NATURE.

No claims ~ How cool eh?

But, it will be a different story if ...

you stupidly go and knock onto a tree and the tree has got any minor damages. THAT'S IT !

And what's worst is that, the cost of the tree depends on the age ! *crys* So opposite of human eh, the older you are, the lesser you are worth but the more you got to pay !

The End,

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together….

***************************************************

My darling boy, when my chores are through, we will cross the rainbow bridge together.
And between now & then, till I see you again, I'll be loving you...
