Women are vicious... I was waiting excitedly for Sat and all I got was, no, its fully booked.

Hi,
I am writing in with regards to the unhappy events that happened to me.
My friends and I booked a chalet at Home Team NS Bukit Batok. We planned for a game of Laser Quest at 4.45pm. We walked over to Laser Quest and we were told by 2 malay staffs that Laser Quest has been booked from 5pm to 8pm. My question to them was what time do you close? They told me they close at 9pm but last slot was at 8.30pm. I then proceeded to inform them that I wish to book for the 8.00pm slot. Your staff then told me they are only allowed to take in 2 bookings a day. My friend then decided to ask your staff, so can we hang around here while waiting for 8pm to come.
Your staff rejected us and said we were not allowed to even sit in the area. My friend again, asked your staff if we come at 7.45pm, is it possible to play?
Your staff gave another excuse that the battery may be flat, so it is advisable that we come another day.
Fine, we accepted and so we went for bowling instead. When we finished our game at about 6.15pm, we again walked pass Laser Quest, to our surprise, the whole of the Laser Quest was
EMPTY ! How could it be when there was a booking at 5pm?
And so, we went in to verify with your staff again.
Your staff then told us the people who booked the slot at 5pm have not reached ! May I ask if any one in the right state of mind have not come in yet? Moreover, the reception area was empty when we went in and we had to knock on the staff room for response !
My friends and I asked again if we can play since no one is playing? Your staff told us no, they were charging the battery for the booking for 5pm !
My question is what if the people who booked came at 5pm? Does that means that the laser guns and vest will be on low battery mode? We were amazed by the numerous excuses given by your staff, apparently, to us, your staff doesn’t seems to be willing to let us play.
My question is, why is it that we were deprived of a chance to play? And the attitude your staff gave was unacceptable,
given the numerous senseless excuses.
If there was a booking at 5pm, why was it until 6.15pm the whole place was dead silent,
not even with a single of your staff present?
I hope to receive a favorable answer or else, I may need to seek other sources in getting my answers.

Thank you for your feedback.
I will look into this matter and disciplinary action will be taken to those who work on that shift.
Indeed, the facility can only take a maximum of two bookings per day and as for the remaining time, it is open for walk-ins customer.
Please let me take this opportunity to apologize on behalf of my crew.
I would like to offer you to play a game on members rate at $2.00 per player of 10 mins game, instead of a usual price @ $3.50.
If you wish to book a slot, provided, there is a vacancy, please let us know in advance to avoid any misunderstanding.
